The mill.

We have projects. So many projects.

With between our crazy ideas and Pinterest, we are constantly working on a new way to make Juju Paradise even better. We just finished a redwood harvest. On our timber production property we are allowed by the county of Santa Cruz to harvest once every ten years. This harvest is highly regulated by the county and we have a team of people that we work with to keep the forest healthy and thriving. We keep our logs and use them to fuel the projects around the property (like a goat home).

Our guests love seeing a mill in operation, and we are more than happy to give guests a visit so they can see how it works. My dad also sells handcrafted furniture from the redwood he mills from the property. We are selective with who we sell furniture to because there are only so many hours in a day.
